Jake graduated from Kindergarten today!! I can't believe this school year has already come and gone. He's learned so much and made such progress.

It has only just begun...It has been worse for me with the boys. I can handle Kylie growing up (not happy about it but can handle it) but my babies...brings me to tears thinking of them even going to kindergarten!
He looks so handsome and grown-up! Tell him Chris and his Aunt Kristin said congratulations!
